You can easily get to your telegram web account through web browser using login credentials you have used earlier-

1. On web.telegram.org, tap the 'Link with Phone number'.
2. Select the “Next” button.
3. Thereafter, type the Phone number and you will receive a 5-digit verification code.
   Eventually, setup your telegram web account by entering Password into the box. Tap the 'Login telegram account'. This has signed in your telegram for PC - Windows and Mac.
